Wednesday evening ride

Ok so we have just been for another ride. Well I rode and my mum walked, (dad didn't come). it was only 1.78 kilometres (1.106 miles). Even though it was short I was and am still sweating. It was more of a chillax ride than a hard ride. We took 17 minutes 44 seconds to complete it. it was  quite quick.
